I asked for them to be sent so they arrive today (Friday) or tomorrow but I haven't heard back yet. I guess that means that I'll have to wait another week but might get hubby to call her. Fishchick Posted July 15, 2007 Report Share Posted July 15, 2007 please do not cross HM and CT!!!!! all you'll end up with is pet shop quality mutts. the seller has gone to a lot of trouble to establish a nice line. you paid a lot of money for that line. at least get some fry to continue it before you start stuffing around with "experiments". have a goal in mind when breeding the fish. what do you want to achieve? what market will you target? (that is, where do you hope to sell the off-spring?) what traits do you want to work on? just some thoughts from someone who has seen 100s (if not 1000s) of fabulous fish enter the country and only seen 4 people produce fish of merit. However, glad you like your fish!
