Phil
Hi Guys, I finally got my giant cross pair from Deb last night after a long stop over at lilli's place for a breeding session I cant believe how big this male is, bigger than any other males i have had! hope he keeps growing though His tail spreads out to near HM but has curved edges, still the fins are really long. lady0421
That's duckweed roots. Thx!! They're so cute! Are they hard to maintain?? I just noticed the pectorals are red and blue~ I like them when they are not see through!!
Phil
Duckweed is pretty easy to maintain so long as you have good lighting above your tanks. The stuff is starting to take over my tanks so i will have to chuck some out into the koi pond, those big guys love eating it! Ok, pic of the female, she is flaring for the first time today, seemed to be abit down over the last week but I am very happy to see her happy again. Her colour is difficult. It is like a cherry red with a purple sheen and a very mild bf pattern on just the tips of the fins, i also think she is a HMPK female:
