Roquen
This is all I could come up with, with what I had available to me. Any suggestions on a catfish for my algae eating requirements - its a 320 tank - so not too small and not too big! :-)
Chuckie
Hey, I really like that! I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to catfish. Otocinclus (sp?) are peaceful and do a decent job in my tanks.

Richard
One common bristlenose should be able to clean the tank well. :)

KillieOrCory
Looks great Just a side note though; java fern does not like it so well if their roots are burried in the gravel. Hope you won't have difficulty. But if the plants start to do not as well that would be why. Sometimes just leaving some of the roots out the gravel is all that is needed. Callatya
Around here? Probably AquaMart at Prospect? I haven't been there yet, but their main store at Parra often has them. I'll keep an eye out
Roquen
thanks ab! re the java fern, have always done it like that with no probs so far, will see how it goes!
Chuckie
as long as the whole rhizome isn't buried the Java Fern should be fine. It doesn't actually have "roots", the things that look like roots are really just for catching onto surfaces (eg logs, rocks) and growing there. Kind of like a staghorn!
