Phil
Hey Guys! This is one of my new males, got him for a good price because of his chewed tail, but he is the most lovely green mustard male (even though he looks blue in the pics, its like a blue green under fluro lights). The third pic dosent do anything for him, i just wanted to try one of those, infront of a window pics lol:
Bettabegood
You're right, Phil - he DOES have a chewed tail, the silly boy!!! It looks like his tail was E N O R M O U S, and it'll be interesting to see the after pics - maybe against a background of the sun setting in the window?? Is that a female I see in with him already??? Go Phil!!! You have a lot of empty tanks to fill. Sue

Chuckie
He's real pretty! Your new plants look good too, are you happy with them? Can we see a pic of the whole tank? I know, start a "my planted tank" thread and post weekly photos of how much the plants have grown with the DIY co2!

splendidbetta
that MG is nice , but its a pity he chewed his tail the female is, too. do you have a full photo of the green male in the last photo, Phil? he looks VERY nice, too.
Phil
Oh, the green male in the last pic is the MG male pictured above, i just have him in some multifcure to make sure that the ragged tail dosent get infected as it had some red on it when he arrived, i gather due to shipping stress etc.
Chuckie
I think Phil's CO2 is not warm enough to get fired up. I suggested putting it in a bucket with a heater in.
Phil
Yeah, i think that it is abit cold too! Anyhow, here he is with my black DT hm, which luckily survived some sort of illness, he was floating on his side at one stage, but is finally himself again

Fishchick
That last shot is getting close to his true colour Phil! He was always a "dab hand" nest building. He's still got a nice strong 180o spread, even with the chunks missing! Cheers, J

Phil
Once it warms up abit, i dont have a spare heater at the moment to set up some spawning tanks, so when i can afford to get a few, i will have him in asap
