kitstyles
I have a double T5 14watt light over 2 of this size tank, I think they are doing fine. This tank is for my pair of channoides.. hopefully they will arrive soon.
brettc777
I reckon two medium size rocks would go nicely in there!

Bettarazzi
Well, the anubias is flowering so I guess they're pretty happy with that lighting. [Edit: I was going to say it needed more plants but Kitz beat me to it himself :alright:]
brettc777
I agree, I also think you need the right rocks... its funny that you would think you could just chuck in any rocks but you really do need to get ones that work well with the layout and colour. Did you have any more substrate left? if you do i would consider sloping the gravel downwards from the back of the tank coming lower in the foreground. gives it some depth. Bettarazzi
I think more plants for the fry to hide in might be better. Do channoides need some kind of cave? I reckon a half coconut shell covered with java moss would look nice and serve as a cave, if that's what they like.
kitstyles
Added Java Fern, 1 more medium size anubias on pot and a pot cave... Gonna add some X'mas Moss and mini Aubias..but dunno where to put it
