Is that common? Super zippy wee girls and the tank is rather dark as I only have my desk top light over it The water is also a little cloudy its the gravel, I rinsed it again and again until the water was running clear, but when I added water to the tank on top of the gravel, again cloudy! Ugh, a day and a small very careful water change later, still cloudy! It seems ok and happened with my last tank, only a zillion water changes will remove cloudiness Spawn tank to be: Not the best pic. Theres a sponge filter in far left corner and a rock with 3 java fern rubber banded to it in front of filter. Some java moss in far right hand corner. Anyone have any ideas? lol I'm terrible at coming up with names Ok and the tanks: This is my set up atm. Spawn tank on the second to bottom shelf, Barbs are above, girls' tank to the left. It will change as will need to set up a drip system or something to house grown fry... Yeah yeah I know, the gravel sucks lol I will change it some time soonish (and no I'm not a big, bright and ugly gravel fan lol Was in the tank with the barbs already in it too when I got it) My display tank in the lounge: Its changed a bit, I posted some of it when I first set it up somewhere on here... New light, different gravel, more plants. The guns n roses boy is in the right hand compartment, VT Dusty (formerly Angel lol ) middle, left has Paricia (royal blue LFS halfmoon boy). He was in the right hand side one before but got moved.
