His finally on the road to recovery from his tail rot. He has the clear tail groth and was just wondering how long it takes for the colour to return. Thanks. If there was a lot of damage though, it might come back as a different shade of the original colour, or it might stay clear or partially coloured in areas. jusdeb Posted November 9, 2007 Report Share Posted November 9, 2007 My red OHM had a chew on his way to Jodis from Thailand , that was maybe 2 months ago , it has grown back fully and the colour has returned to normal just in the last week or 2 . Beano Posted November 9, 2007 Report Share Posted November 9, 2007 I think mine may have not returned to red because the tips of his fins are clear - his brother has butterfly as well, so possibly the damaged area on mine has returned as butterfly pattern.
