marc
I was serfing and came across a USA site with pure white crowntails.they were stunning . have anyone seen anything like them in australia.? I was blown away more so suprised with this "ultimate site" they named there personel varieties ie Holy grails, comanche, and heaps of other catchy names . wow hows that for Commercialism. Only in America,,, Mind you the owner gave very good account of why so .... I thought I would name my Blue VT strain the "Dame Ednas" ,though I,d have to be carefull of copy right. lol
Phil
Some people go crazy with strain names. Is that betta talk? I think the whites are just opaques :balloons:
VickiPS
We should start to use some strain names with an Australian flavour. How about a line of opaques called the "Cricketer's Groin Strain"? :balloons:
Daniel
i wanted to start a spade tail line named "shovels", my sister is hopeless at remebering card names, spades= shovels, clubs= trees :balloons:
Robbies Betta
spades= shovels, clubs= trees so true, but then again, sisters are in a class of their own I find that, to have a viable strain name, the fish have to breed true. otherwise it's just pointless having an original name
