briztoon Posted October 3, 2012 Report Share Posted October 3, 2012 Well, as is a common theme, life often gets in the way of keeping fish. Would be good if we (me) could live in a bubble. Maybe I'll start buying a lotto or powerball ticket so I can retire and build a dedicated fish shed and keep what I like with out having to worry about any one else. In the mean time, I have to halve my little collection, so it looks like I'll just be keeping my wild pairs and selling up my fancy bettas shortly. Glad to see you hanging onto your wild bettas though I'm downsizing to just wild bettas and a few oddball species since I just can't be bothered with keeping splendens anymore, and our electricity bill has been very high the last couple of quarters so something had to give. I think it's good to downsize when necessary. It makes the hobby much more enjoyable when you don't have to freak out about bills or time restraints.
