Beano Posted November 26, 2007 Report Share Posted November 26, 2007 If you mean the white spots on his sides, that probably some damage the yabby did to him. The small pin prick white dots on the head are normal, those are the sensory pits. If the pin pricks on the head enlarge and become ulcerated, it's usually the start of hole in the head disease (HITH or HLLE which is head and lateral line erosion). But the ones on the side looks like missing scales, probably from yabby, but other causes include the clumsy boy knocking into tank ornaments when he gets spooked.
