I have made what I like to call coconut 'bunkers' for my sorority. They aren't really caves. I just smashed a coconut into whatever shapes came out, boiled them for a while and got all the flesh out, filed down the pointy parts, roughly sanded off most of the fibers (got a bit lazy) and they worked out really well. The girls love it Give it a go, it's not very hard.
