fishish
It would be really good to be able to delete posts if, for example the poster realises they've given incorrect info...
paul
I know that the person who created the post is able to edit that post... so you can correct something if you need. I guess deleting all the info is possible... but not sure if a post can be completely removed from the forum once it has been initiated
fishish
thanks Paul. Yeah i know editing is possible but im referring to cases when removing no longer wanted words would just leave a blank post on a couple of other forums i use you can delete the whole thing.... gulp
Here here! I also wanted to delete a post, like I have on other forums, but there is no delete post option, so I have either removed all words on the post or typed something completely different to what I had before.... :giggle:
fishish
If i remove all words then a moderator will kindly remove the blank box without telling me off? Sounds like a plan! (did i just say that out loud?) :D
Chuckie
you can 'report post' and ask us to delete it. Don't expect us to jump immediately though - we're not always hanging about online monitoring our email :)
