Bettarazzi
Interesting information in that article. I've tried NLS. My fish seem to eat it quite happily. I don't know that I'd have the patience to try the kind of experiments they suggest.

windyzz
the article is obviously more bias to new life spectrum product. Though, the article challenges the conventional view on feeding variety of food including live foods. I feed my fishes with variety of pellet/flakes product at the moment, including ocean nutrition food (coming soon from bettarazzi ), with occassional live food and frozen bloodworm. skeletalgirl
Very interesting- im doing something right-Mine get thawed brine shrimp every morn with finely crushed vitaman mixed through, consisting of Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium and Thiamine(Vit B1). They get a bit of sun everyday for Vit D, and once a week they get green pea, finely crushed Spirulina and a drop of garlic juice mixed in along the line. As well as at nite, they might get some live blackworm or thawed bloodworm. The only problem i have had is a blasted parasite from the water recently that was introduced with a new boy- but thankfully thats been isolated to just him and hes on the road to a great recovery.
