Betta Breeders Perth
This may seem like a really dumb question but I have two 3/4 month old CT juvies and at first I thought they were male but now i'm having second guesses. Tail wise they look like small females but they are quite agressive with each other and I have had to separate them. Are there any tell tail signs or do I have to just wait untill they are a little bit older. Edited February 17, 2013 by BettaBreedersPerth
KatuwaToy
check to see if they have an ovipositer ( a white dot on their tummy ) normally this is a tell tale sign its a girl but sometimes males also have them... but checking the ovipositer is normally a 90% guarantee to tell if a boy or girl . love Kat
daniely
Totally agree with kat, look for the signature white dot under the belly!
