Mishy
I have a BN named Hoover who's a bit of a handful. My other BNs either dont have the same sense of humour or are very docile. This BN was battling it out with the new comer into the tank, a mystery snail. He didn't like competition for his algae, so he spent the morning stuck to the shell of the snail, while the snail explored his tank. This morning, even though i fed them both a piece of algae wafer each, he insisted on having both. This is the same BN who used to hide up in the caves and drop on the corys head.. still does it from time to time, but his new game is to torment the snail. My question is, are they naturally aggressive/protective? Or do i just have a 'character'?
Jess
Sounds like he is just eating the muck off the snail (Mmmmmmmmm Yummy!!) My BN's did that to new snails too! They lose interest within a day and the go about their business

And this BN has a history of sticking to new comers... eg new corys, new plants new anything until they realise he's boss
