sunnylass
I have a gorgeous little bristlenose in the girls tank and the girls have discovered the algae wafers I drop in. I swear a couple of times I thought two of the girls were going to explode. Any suggestions on how I can either hide the wafers or something so they don't get them before the bristlenose does? briztoon
Don't feed algea wafers as often. Mix them up with sweet potato, zucchini and cucumber. Is there enough food, algea etc, in the tank to not feed the BN. I never fed my bn's when they were in the 3 footers as there was enough algea growing there for me not to worry. sunnylass
The bristlenose is only a wee tacker, it would only be about 3cm in length. So I can put in raw zucchini and cucumber?
fishbites
watch the acid in cucumbers... but zuchinni and sweet potato and pumpkin are good for bristlenoses.... and even at 3cm they will go nuts over fresh vegies....
