I took a good look at mine tonight when I fed them then put hand in water to see if that would change their mood - all they did was congregate round my fingers expecting more food rather than get scared or change moods! Maybe yours are half blacks and they change that way naturally? No expert on guppies here though - mine are just a bunch of colourful mutts.
