splendidbetta
cool. this guy's nest isnt more than 6 bubbles thick, its just wide. what matters tho is that he can keep a nest sturdey without the bubble popping all the time. the tank has no lid. here is hoping that he passes his skill onto his fry
Bettabegood
It might be best to put a lid on your tank, Stefan; bettas can be very active and have been known to jump to their deaths on more than one occasion. I've lost a few that way. Sue
splendidbetta
the water level is about 5cm from the top of the tank, and the pastic edging of the top of the tank extends over horizontally for about 2cm. he was never very active, so i dont think he will give me problems. burt yes, i have had 2 commit bowlacide... now all my jars are in a tub of heated water......... but thanks for the warning.
