Betta_Endeavours
We are in the midst of setting the shed up and the layout is shaping up to give me as many as 20 spawning tanks. So I was thinking of adding a different colour to what I already have. Currently I've got Royl Blue HM, Royal Blue CT, Green HM, possibly Green Marble and the odd pet shop fish which will be bred when I've got spare tank space and want but don't want to keep the fry. I was thinking of slotting in something completely different. Any suggestions? *Wouldn't get them for a couple of months unless a spectacular Pair came up*
splendidbetta
How about HMPK in blue, green, and melano, black lace, metallic versions of those. Also red bf in hm and hmpk?
Bettarazzi
how about some opaques and coppers?
Chuckie
if you're planning to line breed the colours you already have, I'd probably stick with them. I've never had 20 spawning tanks but the more 'on hand' space the better. Alternatively, I'd suggest some melano and metallic lines, both of which would tie in with what you're already doing (ie you could outcross what you're breeding with melanos and coppers etc). We're in pretty short supply of good opaques too.
