Erren
I'm aware that its just impossible to know how old a betta is. I was wondering how old a male betta could start building bubble nest? and how old a female betta could start breeding?--> I mean full of eggs and ready to breed Will the success rate of breeding determined by the age of the pairs? Figure_8
generally prime breeding age is considered to be about 4months. I have heard of fish being bred much earlier, but I'm not sure on how successfully. I would imagine you can breed them as soon as the male begins to make nests and the females produce eggs in numbers, something that would probably be individual to the fish and hard to put an exact number on.
