Callatya Posted June 10, 2005 Report Share Posted June 10, 2005 I don't know if anyone has enough java moss for this, but it might be something to work on You can get a living background by cutting a pice of plastic canvas or gutterguard to fit the back of your tank, then stitch on some clumps of java moss with nylon thread or fishling line (braided line is most flexible) Then position the background against the rear wall of your tank and watch it grow! You can flip it around to get more even growth of the plants I suppose you could even add in small java ferns or anubias if you wanted to :( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Najoha Posted June 10, 2005 Report Share Posted June 10, 2005 I'm trying this on the small scale with squares for my display tanks. Used monfilament thread and a needle to sew the moss to the mesh.
