splendidbetta Posted September 18, 2005 Report Share Posted September 18, 2005 hello all. just thought i would share some photos of my royal blue SD female that i got from edie. she is the mother of my current Steel x Royal blue spawn. sorry about the blurry pics, she wouldnt stand still, and the only way to get her to flare was to put her in her boyfriend's (the father of my current spawn, is also from edie) tank. any kinks/ irregularities that you may see in her body/spine are due to the angle of the camera, they do not really exist. the anal fin is also not so long and pointy. she is a 4-ray female, but many of her rays are dividing again so i think i can call her a 6-ray or 8-ray in a few months. tell me what you think of her, if you want to, critique her. i didnt show her in the critique section as the photos arent that good. enjoy. splendidbetta Posted September 18, 2005 Author Report Share Posted September 18, 2005 oh, and it des look like she has some redwash, but she doesnt in reall life. it's just a darker blue/blue over red on the rays. her rosetail brother has redwash on his anal fin tho, so it is in the blood she is about 5 months old?
