Plain old glass panels with holes drilled in them, or some kind of plastic mesh material? What are the pros and cons of glass versus mesh? kchadwick Posted October 7, 2008 Report Share Posted October 7, 2008 Hi Finley A lot of people here use the plastic mesh used for long stitch (available at craft shops). It really depends on whether you want a transparent effect. Perspex can also be used, but even with holes it doesn't have as good water flow as the mesh.
