There's no black pregnant dot thing but theres a splash of red near its butt area. Im not sure if those are fry or organs >< can you please help me out? and also.. if she is pregnant does anyone have an estimate of how long until she will give birth. im new to guppy breeding so >< if there is anything i shouldnt do please help me out too. Anasfire Posted May 1, 2008 Report Share Posted May 1, 2008 She is definitely pregnant!! see how her belly is kind of squaring up at the back?...that's a tell tale sign...when she squares at the front too expect some fry within a few days. The dark spot or gravid spot as it's known is really just a thin membrane through which you can see the dark fry but if the fry are light coloured and all facing one way u won't even see their black eyes.
