StephanieBell
I'm new to live plants but I've decided to give it a go in my new tank. I've read that Java Moss and Java Fern are good to put with Bettas but I was wondering what else I can have that is suitable for a beginner. I would really like something to add a bit of colour other than green. Perhaps something reddish? Has to be suitable for Bettas though obviously. I'm planning on using medium-fine gravel as my substrate and I have driftwood to attach the Java Fern and/or Java Moss to. I also have a LED light which I was told is fine for plants but I haven't tried it out yet. Interested to hear what others have and recommend!
