Bec
Hi all, I am joining some plastic hose joiner bits (the sort you use in sprinkler systems etc) to my UV sterilizer and need some advice on the type of glue to use. The pieces are all very snug, but not water tight. Any ideas? Bec
fishbites
In your local plumbing supply shop or hardware store plumbing section there is a pvc glue for potable water pipes - it has a green colour glue from memory - I used it to glue up some pvc pipes for the bucket filter on my fish pond - no probs there at all. Not sure if it will glue the watering system type pipes though but it really seals pvc pipe well.
