Spaghetti
and, what should I put in my new 4ft fish tank?? Its an Aqua One Aqua Grande - 120W x 67H x 46D cm and 285L I started off in tropical fish with an Oscar 5 years ago, and now have a 2ft tank with an assortment of tetras. I originally bought this tank as an upgrade for the Oscar, but he passed away before the tank arrived. My first thoughts were to get another Oscar, because I loved the one I had previously so much - but looking into the other fish you can keep with them, I wasn't very inspired. I've got no knowledge of other larger fish varieties so I was hoping for some ideas of interesting fish I could look into. I really like my tetra tank but I don't want to replicate it - I want something different. I don't have gravel/sand/decorations etc yet so the tank is a blank canvas
Yanagi
I really like Gouramis myself. There's also Angelfish, Discus (very fussy), Paradise fish, Ghost Knife fish, Blue/Electric Blue/Gold Rams (Super duper awesome), etc.. Choose your 'feature' fish first then build the community/tank around them. You could also do something completely different and do a biotope tank!
