Bec Posted July 31, 2010 Report Share Posted July 31, 2010 Hi all, I have read, re-read and read the threads on fry food over the last week , and am ready to give them a go. I have had vinegar eals and micro worms sitting on a shelf for months (thanks Joan )and I think they are still alive so will try and make some new cultures from them (the grindle worm looks very dead :eadshake:). I want to get some more grindle worms and do the dirtless thing and also have a go at the bbs. What I want to know is can I feed any or all of these to my mature fish, rather than wasting them?
