wolfstar Posted April 14, 2010 Report Share Posted April 14, 2010 well, i bought two female bettas, hearing all over that they can be co-housed, but from the moment i got them (just pet shop variety, kind of like the wild ones tbh) one has been severely psychotic toward the other female, and the male when i put all 3 in together, so i took both girls out into one tank, and the same female attacked the other, actually taking huge chunks out of her anal and tail fins , resulting in me having to seperate them. is this normal? they were both in the same tank along with others when i bought them, and yet i cant keep them together now. maybe the fact that she is pretty scarred up (the savage one) might have been a warning... anyone have some idaes that may help with my agro girl?
