brad h Posted December 18, 2009 Report Share Posted December 18, 2009 gidday all just found this site and wish to say what a great site it is . i currently have 6 tanks ranging from 2ft to 6ft all of them planted . mainly breeding angels at the moment and planted tanks . the water here in perth is hard and alkaline . so my plants dont like it much . use to have much more success in sydney . anyone have some ideas on how to raise kh with out raising ph ? cheers brad Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am a big fan of indian almond leaf (terminalia catappa) for blackwater species, which you can buy from members of this forum - have a look in the classifieds.
