Figure_8
They are here!!! I'm not a morning person, but these gorgous fish were well worth hauling my backside out of bed bright and early this morning! The male is so active and dynamic but very hard to take a decent pic of! This is Woosha.. his colour is really hard to capture properly. I think brighter lights may be in order (or a better camera ) And Weagle.. such a pretty girl I'm so happy I finally have an MG female! Thanks J!! :cheer:
Phil
They are beautiful do you have any plans for them? is that picture with or without flash?
splendidbetta
*lol* The color is amazing great pair. Good luck breeding them in the *near* future is the color of the male like that in real life? It reminds me of some kind of crystleline candy. especially the color/shape of the caudal in the second pic. :P
Halszka
Congrats! They are gorgeous *lol*
Figure_8
unfortunately they are with flash. I just couldn't get enough light The male is coming across with a green overtone which is not there. He's very much like the female but more pastelly in tone. The female is just gorgeous - the first pic of her is pretty spot on - so vibrant! I'll try and rig up some more light later and get some pics without flash

Robbies Betta
Mousie, that female is love the yellow ventrals and the male is pretty spesh looking. Haven't seen a MG in awhile now, thought they'd all dried up but now you have a gorgeous pair, shame they're on the other side of Australia :)

Figure_8
Haven't seen a MG in awhile now, thought they'd all dried up <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I was actually thinking the same for a while there. The other MG's have been around, but the blue and yellow ones seemed to be a bit scarce. Those are very nice and shiny <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The female in particular is very shiny. It would be interesting to find out if there is any metallic in the line... although I'm not sure if the male and female are from the same line or even the same breeder at this point. Whats the background on this pair J?

Figure_8
its a term I picked up from the footy boards & is used as an abbreviation of West Coast Eagle Can't have Woosha without the Weagles
