I thought I'd take a picture of this guy while I was doing the babies. When I first saw him he was 180* and had that sort of soft flare, not the really angry rip-your-head-off one. I've got him free-ranging around the juvie jars to keep everyone on their toes :lol:

Ahhh, it doesn't need to be too flashy. I do my pics on a 4MP Canon G2, which I think we got around 2002. It was a good camera then, but it is kind of a glorified doorstop by today's standards ;) It weighs a small ton, takes aaaages to charge and.

The main thing you need is control over the flash, a small minimum focal distance, and good macro. Pretty much everything else can be worked with. :) I'll get some how-to pictures next time I set it all up :fish:

He looks very different with the flash than he does without. I have a vague memory of him having a light BF/banded pattern in the tail, but I can't see it on him now so I could be imagining things. He's a lovely fish though *lol* He's currently the fish rack mascot ;)
