fishbites Posted March 1, 2009 Report Share Posted March 1, 2009 G'day Tim, It might be a little narrow but rectangular downpipe can be cut in half with a jigsaw which would give you troughs about 10cm wide and any length you want. Cut the sides off and join both halves together and you could get 20cm width. I don't know if it has any end caps at all but if not you could use a rightangle joiner with the top cut off. It would be easy to seal using pvc cement (there is a type safe for drinkable water so should be ok for fish?) or silicone. Can't help with any hydroponics shops though sorry.
