Chuckie
Hey guys Calla and I are getting back into breeding bettas. We have decided to undertake a joint enterprise: I will breed the bettas and raise the juvies then Calla will take them from jarring stage. The plan is also for some to end up with Lissa in WA, so she can breed her own lines over there. We decided we were most interested in marbles (esp with black), metallics and dragons, in HMPK with a view to maybe doing some long fin HMs down the track. These are the bettas we will be importing. I have permission from the sellers to use these photos MALES: Marble dragon HMPK bred by Aquastar 71: Gold dragon HMPK bred by Patsayawan: FEMALES: Black orchid HMPK female bred by Patsayawan: Copper BF HMPK F bred by Danai Kengpathomporn of Elegantbetta: There is also a red dragon HM F whose auction is yet to close :D

I was out in the shed last night digging out all of my jars and setting up a few holding tanks. Not sure when these guys are arriving. but we'll be ready! We're back, baby! Yeah! Chuckie
I can't believe we didn't think of forming a team sooner! I am fine with the spawning, microworming, bbs hatching, baby-growing stuff, but I run out of puff when it comes to jarring etc, lol! Then I just want them gone so I can work on the next spawns and see what I get. I am feeling the urge to play around making beanie box-ish sized tanks. All that time Jase and I spent leadlighting won't be wasted if we can cut some glass and make some good little barracks-type tanks

Canfeleq
I love the first one. Marbles are my favorite, and anyone who knows me can verify that I am drawn to black and white animals. Bettarazzi
You should call it the Sydney Betta Club. :)
Callatya
I suggested The Spawn Club or Sydney Spawners, but that wasn't all that popular Lets wait and see if we can make this work before we start naming I have a rule about not naming fish for the first little while as it is almost guaranteed to make them drop dead, I am a wee bit nervous that'll extend to joint ventures :P
