finley
Hi Rather than keeping my best growing out Bettas in little containers, I'm considering using a series of proper mini tanks. Are there any decent (and affordable) ones which have heating, basic filtration and a little light on top, all included as one unit? Thanks :(
Anasfire
:(  Sorry, unless you consider $30-$40 each cheap and affordable. I haven't seen any for cheaper than that and I don't think that even included a heater. Honestly the words 'cheap and affordable' don't go in the same sentence as fish unless you are looking into 2nd hand stuff. We use pasta sauce jars or coke bottles with the neck cut off, easy to clean and water change as well as recyclable.
Callatya
Hmm, probably not all-in-one setups, though you might be able to set up a sort of mini racking system that could come close. Can you give a better idea of price range and size?

finley
Those look great axo, thanks. The nano is very cute in a really expensive way . I never thought of a laboratory supplier before, but of course aquaculture / biology labs have to get their gear from somewhere. Those guys in the link are in Florida... I wonder who makes aquaculture laboratory setups in NSW? Fin.

Bettarazzi
It's just plastic. Can't be that heavy. Get them to ship it to you. Just tell them to leave out the bottle of bacteria that they normally include in the kit. You could be the first person to have one in the country divy. Bettarazzi
From Brett's link did you follow the link to the Reef One site? I only navigated to the contact page. I didn't send an email because... well... I can't afford one of those things so it's pointless me sending an email. http://www.reef-one.com/site/contact.htm

LauraFrog
Big W sells them... they are not particularly good quality but I must say that mine have lasted very well, and the filters are the sort you can stuff around with easily.
