I see they are not listed as "permitted" in Queensland (although, I do know of a couple places selling them...) Why are they considered noxious? I think they study there breeding capabilities, there hardiness, ability to adapt to any environmental conditions, how the feed etc etc. If they are fast breeding hardy fish that can adapt to any situation and environmentally destructive then they rate them high on the noxious list.
