In order to include an image in your post, it's necessary to first upload the image to the net and then use the

Use the 'Insert Image' icon to automatically insert IMG tags. The icon looks like this.

Or you can manually type the IMG tags so you end up with something like what's in the code box below. I have to put it in the code box otherwise it won't show the code but try to show a picture that doesn't exist. When you do it, you don't want it in the code box.
