splendidbetta
I was reading a PM recently and found that some of the words which contained errors were underlined with red dotted lines... and discovered that AAQ now has a spell checker! And, by the way, it marks 'AAQ' as an error too Right-click for spell check options, as in MS Word Thanks a lot AAQ Team :)
Jess
Yeah I noticed that too! But, I didn't do anything! I thought it was because I am using firefox 2.0 :)
splendidbetta
You must be right... I just downloaded FF on this computer today and when I tried to see if the spell checker would work in IE, it wouldn't do it. But it works with FireFox. My firefox on my other computer doesn't do this, maybe it's an older version.
Chuckie
Doesn't work with IE - will try FF when I get home (downloaded 2.0 this morning before work - pathetic!)
splendidbetta
I checked the FF settings and you can select the option to have it check your spelling as you type :lookaround:

Figure_8
there is a spell checker for IE if you were wanting one, but it doesn't underscore your errors like Firefox. It pops up a box that checks your text for you once you've typed it. Free IE extention for non commercial use and customizable. http://www.ieaddons.com/SearchResults.aspx...s=spell+checker
Chuckie
Hey, it's cool! Thanks Firefox! (which it does NOT underscore, incidentally, LOL).
