bluebetta
I am from Robinvale in Victoria. And Sammc my fishies are going good my male has about half of his cup full of bubbles so soon I will let my female out. It just needs to be a bit bigger. Bren MacFish
I KNEW you were from Victoria the moment you showed a picture of a plakat female and said your apple snails died. I'm in Victoria and you can almost only get wild-type plakat females at the aquariums (it's a conspiracy I tell you!) and the large snails all die because the water is too soft if not amended in some way. Ramshorns are good. I had an algae explosion followed by a Ramshorn explosion so if you want some free snails and can get down to Oakleigh... let me know (where's Robinvale?). bluebetta
I think the snail actually drowned. The lady at the petshop said if you take them out of the water you have to let them go in by themself but one time I didn't and it dropped dead. Where is Oakleigh? I might be able to get someone to get some for me if it is a long way away from here.
