Jess
Thanks for the poke in the ribs Dave. Lets organise somewhere to meet up Do we want to do a LFS Trawl? Fit lunch in somewhere? What day suits best??
Robbies Betta
For me it's either a Sun or Mon, as they're the only days off work that I have deff a LFS Trawl, and maybe lunch if we have enough time and don't want to see EVERY store we know of :flex:
Leema
Sundays are the only days I have free all day - except for doing water changes. I'm up for whatever. I'm a strict vego, so I can't eat lots of stuff. But that's okay, I'm used to watching people eat. I'm not free the 17th. :P
crdave
I'm with Leema on this one, up for whatever.Sundays are good for me and Lfs trawl sounds the go. Robbies Betta
sounds better, that way we can save money to, although I think last time the Lisa's were down we just stood around in the corners and talked rather than buy :)
Jess
I think we talked non stop for 5-6 hours! although most of that was you Robbie! Wouldn't mind checking out Fish Palais again (I never come out empty handed at that place )
Figure_8
I don't think anyone bought anything on our fish crawl! It was SO much fun though!! :)
Robbies Betta
at least there was no screaming in my ear as we drove. must mean I'm a safe driver? pffft I agree with the fish palais thing. That's where I bought all my first bettas from, nw they've reduced the amount heaps, but keep sum in bigger containers nw it's also changed heaps inside to, all reconstructed. SAbetta
I need some locals to show me the fish haunts in adelaide. I am good most days so am happy to be flexible. Finals start on sunday and are on most sundays until the 8 th if we get there. I would like to come but hope I am playing in the GF on the 8th. The 1st may be a weekend off tho if we win and u guys make it that weekend. Clinton :)
Leema
Here are my suggestions - they're all down South. Reef and River (Brighton Rd, ~Brighton) Rainbows Pet And Aquarium Centre (Brighton Rd, Seacliff) - Discus Specialists Reynella Aquariums (South Rd, Morphett Vale) Hilltop Pet and Aquarium Centre (South Rd, ~Flagstaff Hill) The Fish Bowl (Shepherds Hill Rd, ~Eden Hills) Those 5 are my favourites, and they're in a loop... So we can go up Brighton Rd, go over to and down South Rd and then go to the Fish Bowl, or the opposite way. So we've got Jess, Rob, Heidi, dave, and I for the 1st - and maybe Clint? Jess
from there we could follow by going to: Fish Palais in Port somewhere H20 Aquariums on Grand Junction heading to Main Nth rd Clear waters is on Main North rd (near Enfield Primary) Aggies in Pooraka (Near Paddy's Markets) Fish Haven and their Croc (largest aquarium in SA!!) @ km from Aggies That's on the way up here Get out of bed early guys, lets start at 11am! We can take 2 cars I am sure we all can fit I am sure we can try to fit in 10 Aquariums if we gag Robbie
