Callatya
Its hissing! It usen't to hiss and now it does and its driving me mad. Where do I look? I have checked all the obvious fittings at the front, reattached the piping and checked they weren't loose. Ordinarily i toss things in water and follow the bubbles, but chances are thats a great way to die, so i'm not gunna try that. Any ideas?
splendidbetta
Maybe some of the pipes has a hole in it close to the base? If you still can't find the whole, wrap the thing in a thick hand towel Should muffle the hissing and vibrations.
Figure_8
maybe try running just a slighly damp finger around all the seals and joins? You should feel the air easier if your finger is damp. Have you checked the hoses to see if the problem is there rather than the pump itself?
