Fletch Posted July 20, 2011 Report Share Posted July 20, 2011 What sort of size difference will work. Thinking father to daughter (black orchid spawn). Girls body is about half to 2/3 size of male. melbournebetta Posted July 20, 2011 Report Share Posted July 20, 2011 I'm having the same queery - i've got a 1-2 yearold female who's looking like she's on her way out - and a 6 month old male that would suit - gah! HE is HALF her size... Just going to have to wait a few more months and hope she holds out.... somehow I feel like this ratio is easier on the pair than the bigger male - he might just be too aggressive - has he spawned before? might help if he knows what he's doing - might also scare the bejesus out of her!!
