  1. Yeah matt u dont no the first thing about this soo stay out of it. The canister is still going strong after 3mnths now and its hardly moved off full so yeah. There is a reason i blocked u and deleted u from my contacts list so stop trying to cause trouble.
  2. Well i did have a bubble counter on there but we took it off cus u can see it in the diffuser. Um a bottle lasts about three months and it only costs me 15 each time get a new one cus its like a swap and go system. And yeah there is a co2 indicator in the tank to show u the level going in there. The solanoid and regulator was a bit expensive but thats the only safe and sure way ur co2 is goin to work. How ever he still shaved about $200 off the price of a kit.
  3. Haha nice try dracon lol.. We set it all up properly today and its goin great within 5 mins of having it on there the plants are releasing oxgen. Will get some pics for you later.
  4. Thank you canefeleq, it is great. IM STOKED lol
  5. Yeah i think he should lol. I was gonna buy it of him before christmas when he was selling his whole set up but he gave it to me instead. Soo sweet of him. THANKS MIKKA!
  6. I think if you want an entirely diy co2 setup that lasts a while and is safe your gonna be a lil stumped lol. You need to buy the solanoid and regulator to ensure the safety amd consistancy of the dispersion. I belive it was the brass fitting and the bunnings co2 cylinder that he skipped corners on. If u notice the screw intop of the brass fitting you'll see what i mean lol. Sorry about the bad attitude guys just felt like i was getting the whole "stupid woman" speil again. Anyways if ur interested in doin it urself pm my lil bro Mikka G. Aleisha
  7. I dont understand why everyone has to be so negative.. If you would like to no how he built it his name is mikka g on this forum. I was very excited to get this set up and i thought maybe you guys would share the excitement, but so far all ive got is critism.
  8. Look just behind her belly. If there is a black spot behind it then shes definately pregnant.
  9. Just a reminder.. this is the temporary setup not Permanent. Eventually it will all be screwed to a board that way it will be all safe and secured.
  10. The whole unit will be attatched to his aqua one 1200 canister filter which acts as a diffuser to it. Im not sure exactly what it is but i no that its works great so im happy with it. I will post photos now for you all to have a look. Bear in mind this is only a temporary setup until michael and I both have a day off work together. Hopefully this weekend it will be setup properly.
  11. No its perfectly safe.. all sealed and hes had it running for months.. Its great ill grab some pics for ya today.. Hes also giving me his canister filter for a diffuser awww isnt he sweet??
  12. Well i dont no how he did it.. it think it still cost him a bit but a lot less that it would to buy it.. But everyone said ahhh it wont work well IN YOUR FACE haha it works awesome he had it on his tank for ages and hes plants went crazy.. it was great. Yay and now i get it.. im a bit excited if u cant tell lol
  13. AWWWW I love my lil bro.... He gave me his pressurised co2 set up for christmas YAY and tonight he hooked it up for me tooo. All i had to pay for was a 15 dollar bottle of co2 lol cus the sneaky lil bugger taught himslelf how to build the unit himself.. $15 compared to $600 lol im pretty happy with that. So now i can get to aquascaping my tank a little better. Thank you Mikka my darling ;)
  14. Yes matt the angels get aggressive when you put your hand into the tank when they have a spawn.. when they are juveniles they arent so territorial. Do you atually have any bn fry left?
