at what point am I to start a new MW batch from an existing culture?

cheers how old would the fry have to be fed newly hatched mosquito larvae?

have people on the board used these rafts to feed newly hatched fry? if so, how many rafts do u put in the tank and at what point should they be put in?

how big are these rafts? also i dont have many wrigglers in the cathching containers anymore, should I: a) add more food scraps to existing foul water B) start again with a fresh batch or water/scraps?
